How many kilometers are included in car rental?
Car rental in Slovenia with ATET includes:
- For short-term car rental (up to 30 days): up to 400 km per day is included.

Is a vignette included in car rental in Slovenia?
Yes. All ATET rental cars include a valid Slovenian vignette at no extra cost.
Can I pick up a rental car outside of working hours?
Yes, car rental pick-up outside working hours is possible if arranged in advance.

What happens if my flight is delayed (car rental Ljubljana airport)?
If you provide your flight number during booking:
- ATET tracks your flight
- we wait up to 60 minutes after scheduled arrival
- Out-of-hours fee (€30.50) may apply.

Can I return a rental car outside working hours?
Yes, but:
- the vehicle inspection is done the next working day
- the renter remains responsible until inspection is completed
Can I cancel a car rental reservation?
Yes, car rental cancellation or modification is free of charge, except for:
- prepaid bookings (special conditions apply)
Are there any cancellation fees for car rental?
Yes, in specific cases.
- prepaid car rental reservations, if the vehicle is already prepared or delivered:
- one rental day and/or delivery cost may be charged

Can I extend my car rental in Slovenia?
Yes, you can extend your car rental with ATET, but the extension must be arranged in advance and confirmed by our team.
To extend your car hire, you must notify ATET at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time stated in your rental agreement. All car rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability.
If you request a car rental extension less than 24 hours before the end of your rental, the extension is not guaranteed and can only be approved upon direct agreement with ATET.
Can ATET terminate my car rental agreement?
Yes. ATET may terminate the agreement if:
Terms & Conditions are violated
payment obligations are not met
the vehicle is misused
Can I end my car rental early?
Yes, but refund conditions depend on agreement terms.
