Is it possible to extend the rental?

The renter can extend the rental of the vehicle, for which a valid rental agreement has been concluded, no later than 24 hours before the end of the rental according to the rental agreement. If the renter wishes to extend the rental of the vehicle within this period, the rental can only be extended by agreement with ATET d.o.o.

When extending the rental, the renter is obliged to provide ATET d.o.o. with additional funds for the anticipated total rental amount.

Is it possible to include additional Protection at time of rental?

During the rental period, it is no longer possible to add additional coverage or change the previously selected coverage. The user/renter cannot replace the previously selected coverage with another coverage. Additional coverage/purchase of liability protection must be selected when making an online reservation or at the latest, upon pick up of the vehicle and before signing the rental agreement.

What should the renter do in case of any new damage on the vehicle at time of rental?

The renter is obliged to immediately notify ATET d.o.o. of any new damages to the rented vehicle and to act in accordance with the given instructions.

What should the renter do in case of any breakdown of vehicle at time of rental?

The renter is obliged to immediately notify ATET d.o.o. of any possible malfunctions of the rented vehicle and to act in accordance with further instructions.

What should the renter do in case of an accident?

In the event of any damage to the vehicle, traffic or other accidents with the rented vehicle, the renter is obliged to immediately notify ATET d.o.o. and to act in accordance with further instructions.

Where can i find information on suitable fuel type for rented car?

Each vehicle is equipped with a sticker of suitable fuel located on the car dashboard as well as on the door of fuel tank. At time of pick each renter also receives information on suitable fuel for rented vehicle from ATET represantative.

Is it allowed to smoke in rented car?

All vehicles are also equipped with a sticker on smoking prohibition sign. In case ATET finds traces, evidence of smoking in the rented vehicle then an additional cost of smoking fee will be included.

The cost of smoking fee is 180,00€.
