This is the second consecutive year that I have used ATET rent-a-car on my visit to the beautiful country of Slovenia and each time have been entirely satisfied.
I think the extra insurance I purchase to give a waver to the collision excess gives me peace of mind during my holiday but it probably puts your charges higher that your competitors. However the free upgrade you gave me on the car, on this occasion, equalled things out.
I am a dedicated lover of Slovenia and since I rent a car each year it may be a good idea to have a \'No Claims Discount\' in which you could reward careful drivers (like myself) who have previously returned cars in good condition. This system would be good for your buisness too as returning customers would be keen to increase their yearly discount and also be careful with their vehicle.

The car was in good condition and the service on both ends of the rental was perfect.
We were very happy with both the rental car and the service we received from ATET staff.
It would have been nice to have got an auto but it was not really an issue
